Three Quotes in Three Days || Day 1

Thank you so VERY much for the nomination from EllieLilyLouise over on her blog! She gave some great motivation in the form of three separate quotes. The meaning behind a single sentence can be so powerful to everyone in their own way. Depending on the happenings in your life, there are different takeaways from the same words with which we can all find inspiration.

  • Thank the person who nominated you.
  • Post a quote for three consecutive days (1 quote for each day).
  • Share why this quote appeals so much to you.
  • Nominate 3 different bloggers for each day.

This πŸ‘πŸ» is πŸ‘πŸ» so πŸ‘πŸ» f*#king πŸ‘πŸ» important. And you know why?

Think about it, seriously. There are 1 of 2 reasons you could have a setback:

  1. You tried something new that is out of your comfort zone
Here’s why your comeback is stronger – regardless of a setback you’ve already done something better for yourself than you never did before. You stepped outside of your zone of comfort.Β You have already accomplished more than before. Pushing yourself to take a step further than you typically would already means you’re that much closer to the end goal. And you can’t get to that end goal without leaving your circle in the first place.
  2. You have a setback because you didn’t leave your comfort zone
Here’s where I tell you this is a sign to go for it. Do something for yourself that makes you scared but you know itΒ couldΒ result in an end goal of yours. That is enough reasoning to try in the first place.

Do not give up on that end goal.

Today I nominate the following bloggers to take on this post:

  1. Monica over at Tidal Thoughts
  2. Jade from Beauty Basics Blog
  3. Paulina over at Paulina Loya

See you tomorrow for quote #2!

  1. I actually truffles with a setback about a week ago. I just started my blog and it was something new and out of my comfort zone. After it launched I got really scared and actually avoided it for a week. However, I realize that this is something I’ve wanted for years and it takes hard work! Great post!

    1. YES love – exactly! You have the right mindset. It takes courage to take the first step (of many!) and if you power through the nervousness you will see light in the end. So proud of you! thanks for reading xo
